Gene Ference, Ph.D. is a Management and Organization Development Specialist backed by over 35 years of experience. With degrees from Cornell University and certification in Change Management Leadership from The NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences, Gene works with individuals and teams to build leadership and organization strategies for major corporations and institutions. Gene's skills have gained international recognition. His work has directly contributed to client awards such as the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, Employer of Choice, Best Human Resources, Employer of the Year, and Fortune's 100 Best Companies To Work For. Gene's affiliation with InsightOut began when he recognized the value of engaging horses in process of executive coaching and team building. The structured exercises that Gene and InsightOut have designed both accelerate and enhance his clients' results. |
