Fran Nachtigall is a Certified Equine Experiential Learning Instructor. Her experience and understanding of Natural Horsemanship techniques as well as her knowledge of holistic approaches to Equine Nutrition and Management adds another dimension to the services offered by InsightOut. Fran has also studied at the Center for Authentic Leadership in Atlanta, GA. Her extensive background in technical and organization development for large financial institutions give her an in-depth understanding of issues faced by men and women who want to find a healthy balance between work and personal time. |
Horses help us uncover what's sometimes gets lost under our adult need to cope and be mature. Whether it's a joyful desire to play or the need for a good cry over what we did or didn't do, the horses are right there when our authenticity shows up. |
