What Is Insight Out? Insight Out is a coaching and experiential learning consultancy that uses The Enneagram, Equine Assisted Development and other practical tools for personal and professional development. Combining these systems and approaches both enhances AND accelerates development because each one provides clients with tools that are immediately applicable to one’s real life and relationships. The primary purpose of our work at Insight Out is to show our clients, through structured exercises and practices, how powerful and satisfying it is to live, work and communicate from a place of grounded authenticity. We teach business leaders, teens, adults and parents how to communicate with congruence, how to recognize self-limiting patterns, set healthy boundaries and change their approaches to conflicts in their lives. We engage everyone we work with in their own process and help each person create new solutions to familiar and recurring patterns in their personal and professional lives. |
 This is a form of biofeedback for practicing self awareness, emotional management, and relationship skills that human role playing and discussion groups can't begin to access. |
